Typically, our food tours last around 3.5 to 4 hours. However, the duration may vary depending on the specific tour you choose.

Yes, beverages are included in some of our tours. Please refer to the tour details to see if beverages are part of the package.

Yes, you can only buy tickets in advance from our website or from one of our distributors. 

Our food tours usually run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that might affect the safety of the tour, we will contact you to discuss available options, which may include rescheduling or providing a refund.

Tips for the tour guide are not included in the tour price. If you enjoyed your experience, gratuities are greatly appreciated but entirely at your discretion.

If you cancel your tour reservation at least 24 hours before it starts, you can get a full refund. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, arrive late, or miss the tour completely, you won’t be eligible for a refund.

Alcoholic beverages like beer and wine complement the experience of several of our tours. However, if you choose not to consume alcohol, please don’t hesitate to request a non-alcoholic alternative, such as a soft drink. We understand and accommodate various preferences. For children joining our tours, we provide soft drink alternatives to ensure everyone can enjoy their time with us.

Tours are currently conducted only in English. However, if you would like a private experience in another language, please get in touch and we can see if it is possible to accommodate your group.

The earlier the better, so that we can plan your tour better. We can however also accommodate last-minute bookings (subject to availabilities)
