- Payment for the Service is required in full before the reservation can be confirmed. Please note that reservations cannot be guaranteed without the complete upfront payment.
- Before making the final payment, please ensure that the Services and their respective costs displayed in your shopping cart on our website are accurate and reflect your intended purchase.
- Tickets acquired from unauthorized sources, not sanctioned by us, may not be valid, and we cannot take responsibility for such instances.
- The prices listed for our services are per person, unless otherwise specified explicitly.
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is fully processed and confirmation is provided to the customer. These changes might occur due to real-time availability, ongoing promotions, or updates in prices from our suppliers.
- If you possess a coupon code, qualify for a discount, or hold a gift card with applicable funds, please ensure its application before completing the purchase. We regret that we are unable to apply any discounts retroactively after the purchase has been made.
Admission to our Food Tours:
Upon purchasing a Service, you will receive a confirmation email containing crucial details. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request guests to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled tour commencement. It’s advisable to allow ample travel time to reach these points. Should you encounter delays or require guidance in locating the meeting point, please contact our office immediately. While we’ll make every effort to assist you, it remains your responsibility to arrive punctually.
Regrettably, we are unable to compensate or reschedule tours for late arrivals due to traffic or any other circumstances. The operator cannot be held responsible for failure to arrive on time at the tour meeting point.
We strictly prohibit the use of illegal or controlled substances. Smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes, or similar products producing vapor or smoke is permitted solely in designated outdoor smoking areas
Dietary Accommodations:
Please be advised that our food tours are designed to provide an authentic and unfiltered experience of Maltese culinary heritage. As such, we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary restrictions or preferences. Maltese cuisine is deeply rooted in tradition, utilizing locally sourced ingredients and time-honoured recipes. We encourage all guests to embrace the opportunity to explore new flavours and to sample the rich tapestry of dishes that make Maltese cuisine unique. If you have specific dietary concerns, please consider your own comfort level with local cuisine before joining the tour. If you have a dietary requirement or food allergy, please let the tour guide know before starting the tour.
Bad Weather:
Malta’s climate can vary, so dress appropriately for the day’s weather. Our tours are held rain or shine. In case of rain, grab an umbrella or a raincoat and get ready for an adventure!
Cancellation:
If you cancel your tour reservation at least 24 hours before it starts, you can get a full refund. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, arrive late, or miss the tour completely, you won’t be eligible for a refund. We’ll make every effort to reschedule your tour or offer alternative options if available, but keep in mind that this is subject to availability and potential price adjustments. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility if your selected travel insurance policy does not cover losses due to delays, cancellations, illness or medical expenses.
Sick Tour Guide:
We understand the excitement and anticipation of joining our food tours; however, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally disrupt plans. In the event that our dedicated tour guide wakes up unwell, and despite our best efforts, a replacement cannot be arranged, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Rest assured, we will provide you with two options: a full refund for your reservation or the flexibility to reschedule the tour to a date that suits you best. Your experience and enjoyment are paramount to us, and we strive to accommodate any inconvenience with the utmost care and support.
Assumption of Risk:
By joining our services, you and your fellow guests accept the inherent risks associated with participation. We kindly ask that any claims related to loss of life or bodily injury be notified to us in writing within six months from the incident date to maintain suit eligibility. For all other claims, we request written notice within thirty days from either the conclusion of the relevant Service date or the incident date to ensure their validity. This allows us to address any concerns promptly and appropriately.

That’s where travel insurance steps in as your reliable companion. From unexpected cancellations to unforeseen medical emergencies or luggage mishaps, travel insurance provides invaluable peace of mind. It ensures that your investment in this gastronomic journey is protected, allowing you to savour every moment without worry.
